Seit der ersten Stunde seines Schaffens bin ich Klaus Schulze Fan. Ebenso Nine Inch Nails Fan, deren bestes Werk für mich Ghosts VI Locusts ist. Und irgendwie fühle und denke ich bei In Parallel ganz stark an NIN Ghosts VI. Aber auch halt ein wenig an KS. Bis ich einen Beitrag in Deutschlandfunk Kultur über Euch gehört habe, kannte ich weder Euch und Bandcamp überhaupt nicht. Danke DLF Kultur und danke Euch für euer tolles Album. Ich bin begeistert.

Like Emika says in her description of the album, listening to traditional songs/albums can be overwhelming these days. I agree, which is why I've been listening to so much ambient music lately. Unlike a lot of the other artists in that genre though, Emika's work here is more experimental, hard-edged, and unpredictable. It's refreshing and thrilling. Can't wait for more.

Thank you for this album. It helps me focus when i'm thinking very hard about unnecessary things. The calming effect is quite amazing I'm sure the story behind these songs is very interesting.

At the crossroads of neoclassical and electronic music, i was deeply moved by these 7 tracks , the Emika's compositions and musical arrangements, this particular atmosphere and an incredible lyrical voice reminding Lisa Gerrard (Dead Can Dance). It transports you into an alternate reality of peace and equanimity (essential in these times !). Just Amazing !
